Center for Progressive Leadership New Leaders Fellowshp Program
The Center for Progressive Leadership (CPL) is a national political training institute that develops diverse leaders who can effectively advance progressive political and policy change. CPL’s New Leaders Fellowship helps talented young people of color, women and GLBT youth who are looking for full-time employment jump-start their careers in the progressive movement.
During the six-month fellowship, diverse young leaders are matched with full-time, paid positions at leading progressive organizations. CPL provides intensive leadership and skills training, coaching and networking opportunities during the fellowship.
Qualified applicants will be matched with a leading progressive organization in their state or in Washington, D.C., based on their background and experience. During the Fellowship, Fellows will receive a full-time salary from the organization with which they are matched.
